Imagine if you could feel better now than you did when you were younger.
That may sound like a pipedream, but that’s exactly what happened to me! I’m in my 60s, but I feel better now than I did in my teens and twenties!
For years I lived in pain and frustration of a body that didn’t work well. So many things were “breaking down.” And nothing I did helped repair them.
I inherited a weak liver and pancreas … my blood sugar was constantly out of whack … and by the time I was 29, my right knee was so damaged I couldn’t run, walk or even sit without painful swelling.
Every year gave me more symptoms I had to deal with. It felt like each one of them stole a piece of my wellbeing … and my quality of life. I did less and less of the things I enjoyed. Even worse, my joys were being replaced by new burdens.
I tried all the common approaches to solve my problems. But they didn’t make me better. In fact, many of them created other problems I had to deal with.
The longer this went on, the more it felt like life was passing me by.
I knew this wasn’t how I wanted the rest of my life to be. So I started to look for other types of solutions. I researched everything I could get my hands on. And after 8 years, I had a breakthrough.

You see, I’m a “systems guy.” I completed a master’s degree in improving business systems. And I also completed a master’s in herbal studies where I learned all about anatomy of the body and what herbs (plants) rebuild each body system. As I was researching ways to improve my wellness, I realized the body is a group of connected systems. When one of them doesn’t work the way it should, it lets you know by giving you a symptom.
So a symptom is a sign one or more of your body systems isn’t working properly. It could be digestive discomfort, poor sleep, or a pain somewhere.
The problem is, the common approaches only focus on easing the symptoms … they don’t do anything to help the underlying system!
And since our body’s systems are all connected, a problem with one system will eventually affect another system … and give you more symptoms.
This is how we get stuck in a vicious cycle that keeps giving us more symptoms to deal with … and takes the fun out of life.
Once I started looking at the body as a group of interconnected systems, everything fell into place. Because now I could look at how to rebuild and restore the systems, instead of focusing on the symptoms. And the results, to me, were nothing short of a miracle.
In just 6 weeks, I rebuilt my pancreas. For the first time in 13 years, my blood sugar was stable, I wasn’t hungry all the time, and my moods were stable. Life with my family was happier.
Then I moved on to my knee. It had been bothering me for 8 years. It made running, an activity I used to enjoy, painfully impossible. But when I found the herbal "materials" to rebuild the system that needed repair, my knee pain was gone in just 5 weeks. I could now run 5 miles without any knee pain!
I learned how to rebuild each system, one by one. And since then, I’ve shown many others how to do the same. They’ve gone on to feel better than they have in decades. And you can, too!
